Full property transformation
This full-scope project brought together every piece of equipment in the Landwise fleet to reshape and rebuild this property from the ground up.
We addressed all drainage issues, installed a culvert and properly sloped the terrain to prevent future water problems. From there, we reshaped the land, created a solid gravel driveway and completed the project with final tidying, shaping, rolling and grading to tie it all together.
Post hole perfection
Using our Kubota SVL97 with auger attachment, this job was all about precision. Whether it’s fencing, deck footings or sign installations, we drill smooth, consistent holes — efficiently.
This project was completed on a residential property with tight spacing and sensitive turf. Our tracked skid steer kept ground disruption to a minimum while delivering clean results.
Water Line Installation
For this job, we completed a full trench excavation for new water line installation, ensuring proper depth, grade, and flow. With years of experience and the right equipment, we’re able to cut clean lines and minimize site disruption — whether it’s for farms, barns, or new home builds.
